Two technicians, Rachel and Kameron, isolated and solved the issue we presented in our service call. Additionally, they reviewed other concerns we had and corrected them.
We have used other companies and services over time, but have not had any technicians or other service personnel who have been as pleasant and professional as Rachel and Kameron. They performed their tasks in an efficient manner and were helpful in answering our questions about other electrical issues.
It was a pleasure having them in our home, and will ask for them for future electrical projects.
